Marinated Steak Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sirloin steak, cut 1 inch thick
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichokes, thawed
4 green onions, sliced
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
1/3 c. olive or salad oil
1/2 tsp. shredded lemon peel
1 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram, crushed
4 c. torn salad greens
Preparation

Slash fat edges of steak.
Broil 3 inches from heat for 6 minutes.
Turn and broil until done (medium 6 to 9 minutes). Cool.
Cut into thin slices.
Place steak in plastic bag in bowl.
