Spoon Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    In large bowl, combine sugar and oil.
    Beat in yeast mixture and flour.
    Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen. Dough keeps in refrigerator for four weeks.
