Ingredients

3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation

350\u00b0 oven.
Beat margarine, sugars, and peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
Blend in egg and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoons on to ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 10-12 minutes or lightly browned.
Cool on wire racks.
Makes about 4 dozen.
