Homemade Sour Cream Pound Cake(My Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. butter or Crisco
    6 eggs (room temperature)
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients into a large mixing bowl on low speed, increasing to medium speed for 4 minutes.
    Grease and flour
    a tube pan or just spray with Pam.
    Place in cold oven.
    Set oven at 375\u00b0 and bake approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Keep an eye on it.
    Partially cool in pan, then remove from pan.
    Cool and glaze afterwards, if wanted.
