Butterscotch Layered Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    2 1/2 c. cold milk
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    coconut or chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Bottom Crust:
    Mix flour, 3 tablespoons powdered sugar and butter.
    Pat on bottom of an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
