Hot Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. sliced meat
    1 + Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. onion powder
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 + Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    2 tsp. Spanish paprika
    2 tsp. hot chili powder
    1 Tbsp. hot sauce
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. barbecue powder
    2 tsp. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Marinate meat in mixture overnight or at least 12 hours.
    Stir or shake occasionally.
    Dehydrate at 145\u00b0 for about 4 hours or until done.
    If using a smoker, omit the liquid smoke.
    Use generous spoonfuls of spices.
