Cappucchino-Pistachio Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (0.77 oz.) envelope cappuccino coffee
    1 Tbsp. water
    3/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. chopped pistachio nuts
    3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
    1 tsp. shortening
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Dissolve coffee in water in medium bowl. Mix in margarine and powdered sugar.
    Stir in flour and 1/2 cup nuts, using hands if necessary, until stiff dough forms.
