Crustless Bacon Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 strips bacon, diced
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp, then drain on paper towels.
Combine eggs, milk, dash of pepper, baking mix and melted margarine in blender.
Cover and blend 15 seconds.
Pour mixture in greased 9-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle with bacon and cheese well into mixture.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 6.
