Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, cooked, cooled and cut into pieces
    1 c. milk
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, made into a roux (melt the butter and mix in the flour)
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (seasoned)
Preparation
    Add roux to chicken broth, milk and soup and cook until smooth.
    Add the stuffing mix.
    Add to this enough melted butter to moisten.
    To make casserole:
    Use 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Layer chicken using about 1/2 of the chicken.
    Then layer 1/2 the sauce, 1/2 the dressing mix.
    Repeat the layers.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    This keeps well, it freezes well and it doubles well.
    Serves 7 to 10.
