Homemade Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    6 Tbsp. cream
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together well.
    Add enough flour for a stiff dough; roll on floured board until thin.
    Let dry on cloth.
    Cut into narrow strips and drop in boiling beef broth.
    Cook 8 minutes or until tender.
