Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (46 oz.) apricot nectar
    2 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice
    6 qt. 7-Up or sparkling water
    2 pt. orange sherbet
Preparation
    Combine
    nectar and orange juice.
    Add remaining ingredients just before serving.
    After soda is added, float orange sherbet balls on top.
    (Foams up like a sundae.)
