Chili Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. sour cream
4 or 6 oz. can whole chilies
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Cook rice according to directions.
Mix rice and sour cream; add salt to taste.
Seed and chop chilies.
Grate cheeses.
