Potato - Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hashed potatoes, thawed
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly and drain. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
