Rigatoni With Carbonara Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rigatoni
    6 slices bacon, diced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/3 c. dry wine
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain.
    Meanwhile, cook bacon in oil until crisp.
    Add wine.
    Cook and stir until it has evaporated.
    After draining macaroni, return to hot saucepan.
    Mix remaining ingredients, including hot bacon fat.
    Because this mixture will attach itself to the macaroni and be cooked by the heat of the pot and macaroni.
    If eggs are not thoroughly cooked, stir over low heat for an additional minute.
