Banana Bonanza Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. margarine
1 2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. buttermilk
2/3 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar together.
Blend in 3 eggs.
Add bananas, mixing well.
Combine in separate bowl the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add to banana mixture alternately with buttermilk.
Stir in nuts.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool.
Frost with Caramel Frosting.
