Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 small onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix into patties.
    Flour and brown in oil one side more to hold in juice.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup.
    Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
