Tofu Loaf(Vegetarian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tofu
    1 small size onion, diced
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In 1-quart mixing bowl, mash tofu into small fine pieces with a fork or your hands.
    Add the other ingredients with the tofu and blend together thoroughly.
    If mixture looks too moist, you can add a little more oatmeal.
    Put in loaf pan, pat down firmly and place in oven.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Slice and serve.
