Barbados Chicken In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole cut up chicken
3 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper
oil for pan frying
2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. grated nutmeg
2 oranges (garnish)
Preparation

Mix flour, salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour mixture and fry in large pot in oil.
Do not deep fry.
Use only enough oil so chicken does not stick.
Remove chicken when it is well browned.
