Tomato-Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
    1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1/4 c. fine chopped green onions
    1 c. shrimp (1 small can, drained) or fresh shrimp
Preparation
    Heat stewed tomatoes.
    Add lemon Jell-O.
    Stir to dissolve and let set until thick.
    Add mayonnaise, celery, bell pepper, green onions and shrimp.
    Serve on lettuce leaf.
