Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 to 2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    dash of sage
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat the eggs with a mixer until thick.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    May brown in skillet as small patties to serve with spaghetti sauce or form into balls, place in baking dish, cover with mushroom or tomato gravy and bake.
