Hamburg Crumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground round or chuck
6 slices bacon
salt and pepper
2 oz. sharp Cheddar, shredded
3 Tbsp. chopped raw onion
10 green olives, chopped
Preparation

Fry hamburg in small pieces and crumble.
Fry bacon and crumble. Place hot crumbled hamburg and bacon in bowl. Sprinkle on top: Cheddar, onion and olives. This can be served over rice, noodles or potatoes.
Serves 2.
