Jim'S Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 stack crackers, crushed
    salt and pepper
    margarine
Preparation
    Empty salmon in bowl.
    Remove soft bone and dark skin.
    Add beaten egg, onion, celery, crackers, salt and pepper; mix well. Form into patties.
    Place in skillet with 2 to 3 tablespoons margarine.
    Brown about 10 minutes on each side.
