Jalapeno Cheese Grits(Servings: 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. grits
    3 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. jalapeno cheese roll
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 oz. can green chilies, diced
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Add grits to boiling water and boil until very thick.
    Combine margarine and cheese until melted.
    Add beaten eggs and stir.
    Add green chilies.
    Pour into greased casserole and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0 until thick.
