Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

corn-on-the-cob
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar or Sweet 'N Low
3 Tbsp. bacon fat
3/4 c. water
Preparation
-
Remove husks and silks from corn.
Cut off the cobb and add salt, sugar, bacon fat and water.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes or until corn is tender.
