Sugar-Coated Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. raw peanuts
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
Stir until liquid disappears and nuts are coated.
Spread on cookie sheet and bake 1 hour at 225\u00b0.
