Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 1/2 handfuls chopped carrots
    1 1/2 handfuls chopped green peppers
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 handful chopped onion
    1 1/2 handfuls chopped celery
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and cut up.
    Boil sugar and water, then whip in the mayonnaise.
    Mix in onion, carrots, celery, peppers and salt. Pour over potatoes and stir.
