Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 lb. shortening
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    water to equal 1 c.*
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together and blend in shortening.
    *In 1 cup measuring cup, beat egg; add a few drops of water.
    Add vinegar; fill cup with water.
    This equals 1 cup liquid.
    Add liquid to flour and shortening mixture and mix.
    Yields 6 single crusts.
    Can be cut down to 1/2 recipe, equals 3 single crusts (still use the whole egg).
    Rolls out great!
