Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese
    1 large pkg. Cracker Barrel cheese (medium or sharp)
    1/2 c. sandwich spread
    4 tsp. finely minced onion
    4 Tbsp. milk
    8 drops Tabasco sauce
    chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Preparation
    Have cheese at room temperature.
    Grate Cracker Barrel and mix in cream cheese with a mixer.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Set in refrigerator until firm.
    Mold into roll or ball and cover with nuts.
