Teriyaki Meatballs(Open House Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine beef, egg and bread crumbs.
    Make meatballs.
    Place in large flat pan and combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Cook, uncovered, at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve warm in a chafing dish and serve with toothpicks.
    Makes approximately 100.
