Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
Ritz crackers
1/2 stick melted butter
1 c. grated cheese
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Pour off 1/2 juice from pineapple.
Mix remaining juice, pineapple chunks and cheese together.
In another bowl, combine sugar and flour.
Stir sugar and flour mixture into pineapple cheese mixture and mix well.
Pour into a casserole dish and top with a layer of crushed crackers.
Spoon melted butter on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
