Tiajuana Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 finely minced clove of garlic
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    12 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 thick tomato slices
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onions and garlic in frypan.
    Remove excess grease.
    Add tomato sauce, salt, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce.
    Simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
