Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 fryer breasts
    2 qt. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1 can cream of chicken
    1 can mushroom
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1 can Ro-Tel
Preparation
    Boil breasts in water with salt, onion and celery until done. Remove chicken from bone and return to juice. Add cream of chicken, mushroom, Velveeta cheese, black pepper, chili powder and Ro-Tel to mixture. Boil over low heat until cheese is melted. Pour over tostado chips and top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until all the ingredients are done, about 45 minutes. Serve while hot.
