Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
    5 slices bread, cubed
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mixture will curdle.
    Bake in a 1 1/2-quart casserole for 40 to 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    Good side dish served with ham.
