Light As A Cloud(Custard Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, water, salt and vanilla.
Add eggs, mixing well.
Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
Cool to room temperature.
Chill.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
