Home Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 white Idaho potatoes
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    8 slices bacon, quartered
    2 medium onions, cut in 1-inch chunks
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes (with skins on) in chicken broth until done. Cool in refrigerator for several hours.
    Cut chilled potatoes in 1 1/4-inch chunks.
