Meatza Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. catsup or tomato sauce
1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms or 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
3 slices Cheddar cheese in strips or Mozzarella (1/4 lb.)
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place beef in 9-inch pie pan with garlic and crumbs.
Add milk.
Stir and spread evenly.
Add sauce or catsup and spread evenly.
Arrange mushrooms and then cheese on top of meat. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until cheese melts and begins to brown.
Cut in wedges.
