Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick.
    Sift flour, soda, salt, baking powder and spices together and stir into first mixture.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Wrap in foil when cool.
    Keep in refrigerator or freeze.
