Indian Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. white wine vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. chutney, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    8 c. fresh spinach, torn
    1 1/2 c. unpared apple, chopped
    1/2 c. light raisins
    1/2 c. peanuts
    2 tsp. green onions, sliced
Preparation
    In a screw-top jar, combine vinegar, oil, chutney, sugar, salt, curry powder and mustard.
    Cover and chill.
    Place spinach in a large salad bowl with apple, raisins, peanuts and green onion.
    Shake dressing; pour over salad and toss.
    Serves 6 to 8.
