Brown Rice Chicken Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked brown rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
2 c. cubed cooked chicken breast
1/2 c. cholesterol free, reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted (optional)
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Combine rice, peas, chicken, mayonnaise, almonds, soy sauce and seasonings in bowl.
Transfer to 3-quart baking dish, coated with cooking spray.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
