Confectioners Sugar Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. confectioners sugar, sifted
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine, cocoa and water together.
    Pour over sugar and blend; add vanilla.
    If icing is too stiff, add very small amounts of milk to right consistency to spread.
