Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 small whipping cream, whipped
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Cream together with electric beaters the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.
Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust.
Sprinkle top with a few graham crackers and refrigerate.
