Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. flour
2/3 c. corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream-style corn
2 tsp. oil
1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
3 jalapenos, finely chopped

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate; bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
