Seafoam Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark brown syrup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites
1 c. nuts (if desired)
Preparation

Boil sugar, syrup and water until soft ball stage.
Test in cold water.
Pour over stiffly beaten egg whites.
Add vanilla. Beat until cool.
Add nuts.
Drop from spoon onto wax paper.
