Sausage Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese in 1/2-inch cubes
    1/2 c. sliced olives
    2 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook sausage, onion and pepper in a skillet until sausage is brown and crumbly.
    Stir in flour.
    Mix in next 4 ingredients.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in cheese and olives.
    Spread evenly in 9-inch square pan.
    Prepare corn muffin mix according to directions and spread over sausage.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes; loosen edges.
    Invert onto plate.
