Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. parmesan cheese
    salt & pepper to taste
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 egg, beaten into
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Peel and quarter potatoes, mix flour salt, pepper, cheese in plastic bag.
    Moisten potatoes in egg mixture.
    Put oleo on cookie sheet and melt in oven.
    Put potatoes in flour mixture and coat. Arrange on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
    Turn potatoes once.
    When golden brown sprinkle with parsley if desired.
