Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. zucchini, sliced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
3/4 c. grated carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Slice zucchini about 1/4 inch thick and boil in water, then drain.
Melt 4 tablespoons butter and saute carrots and onion until tender.
Fold in soup with sour cream and 1/2 the croutons. Gently fold drained zucchini and carrots and onions with soup mixture.
Place in a 7 x 11-inch greased pan; put remaining croutons on top.
Pour remaining melted butter over.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
