Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients; spread in casserole (8-inch square). Melt 1 stick margarine and mix with roll of Ritz crackers, crushed.
    Spread on top of potato mixture.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Can be prepared the night before.
    Put topping on just before baking.
