Mushroom Cheese Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. biscuit mix
    1/4 lb. bulk sausage, hamburger or ground turkey
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onions and tops
    1 lb. or 35 mushrooms
    paprika
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. cold water
    8 oz. (2 c.) shredded cheese
    pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease an oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch. Make a soft dough of mix and water.
    Beat well.
    Press dough in bottom of pan.
    If you flour your hands, it'll work easier.
