Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 large box Velveeta cheese, cubed
    6 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes; boil until tender.
    Drain.
    Combine milk, salt, cornstarch and margarine.
    Bring to a boil and add cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Pour over cooked potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 until it starts to brown.
