Oven French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. orange juice
    8 or 9 slices day old bread
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan in hot oven (425\u00b0).
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Mix eggs and orange juice; dip bread slices in mixture until bread is well soaked but doesn't fall apart.
    Bake for 20 minutes, or until set.
    Invert onto serving plates; serve with maple syrup.
